Falling in love with 700sq ft!

It's always impressive when a 700 sq ft house can look so much bigger just by its interior design! That is the case with this 1911 bungalow and my yearning for a uncluttered house immediately made me want to move right in! By using small scaled pieces, like the dining room chairs and multi use areas like the storage window seat in the living room, the owners have created a comfortable home worth entertaining in! Check out the office what a great space right? Well the shelves above are home to the owners shoes all labeled with the help of Photoshop and some brown paper bags! Fantastic idea!

The natural light is wonderful! Also makes a room feel larger than it is.

I am a huge huge fan of small spaces done well. Love this post. Those IKEA shelves look great mounted so close to each other.

Hope you are feeling better :)

thanks for the comments! This house really took me by surprise so warm and welcoming and so small! I wonder if even 1/2 my magazine collection would fit in the office?!
