I only wish it came in a black or charcoal version! Unfortunately none of those go with my decor!
Fantastic point! You know, I never really thought about WHY changing a lampshade would make such a difference; It is really not as much about the shade style. Shades filter light as a primary function, and the amount of light that the shade blocks or allows &/what patterns or shapes are emitted (read: shade design) have a way of changing the overall atmosphere of the space.
Ok, now I'm really thinking about this. . .
i would definitely want this.. esp in this fabric.. I have been looking for this fabric.. and to use it somehow.. either as a cushion or a lampshade is cool too.. what is this pattern or fabric or textile called.. can you tell
