Blue Panels Two Ways

OK I am clearly on a blue path this week, first with yesterdays Color Time Post and now today with this Two Way post! As I scrolled through my Pinterest board for inspiration this morning I realized in the last week I had pinned both these images. Very different but with a common denominator...the solid pale blue panels. So I ask the question which room speaks to you more or do they both spark your interest for different seasons?

Which room is more you style?

I must admit I like them both for different reasons but at the moment if I need to be in the cold I will take the second room as it looks so cozy but come spring I am moving into the first room!

They're both nice but I prefer the first! Love the windows and high ceilings. Not so much the couch :>)

Oooh I love the exposed beams and rustic vibe of the second images! Gorgeous rooms!

I like them both:-) Seems to fit well! The first room is so formal, second feels more comfortable. With two kids and a 60lb German Shepherd Dog, we could never go that formal, but it's nice to day dream:-)

i love them both. if i have to choose...if the view is of the ocean, i will take the first one. if the view is of the mountains i'll take the second.

Both rooms are beautiful!!! I think I would have to go with the second room as my favorite. Which surprises myself, because I tend to stay clear of too many wood tones. BUT, this space reminds me of our old lake house in Maine and it makes me so warm and comfy and I just want to curl up on that sofa and take in the view through that window!
