Things might be slightly looking up for my magazine pile! Readers Digest Association is unveiling a new shelter magazine on Feb 27. It is aimed at young homeowners, "as a bright, energetic lifestyle magazine that approaches do-it-yourself with equal measures of fun and practical value". Sounds like a winner to me! The press release stated it will spotlight 8 - 10 projects in each issue with the option to "do it yourself" or they will give you tips on budget friendly places to purchase!! OK, I am loving that feature, even the cover looks happy! I am eager to get my hands on the first issue and hope it has great success, after all you know how I love my magazines.(image from news.com)

A co-worker and I have been looking for a replacement for our beloved Domino. Hopefully this will be it. I'll keep my eye out for it on the news stand.
